Chad Hodge Hurt After Car Hits Patrol Car on Highway 101 near Highway 222

 
UKIAH, CA (June 14, 2022) Chad Hodge suffered minor injuries after his car crashed into a patrol car on Highway 101 near Highway 222 on Sunday.
 
According to a news release, the accident happened around 10:27 p.m. For unknown reasons, 39-year-old Hodge allowed his white Ford F-250 to travel through a flare pattern in the No. 2 lane of the northbound highway.
 
Subsequently, his car struck the rear of a parked unoccupied California Highway Patrol vehicle.
 
As a result of the crash, Hodge suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
 
At this time, CHP investigators do not suspect alcohol or drugs to have played a role in the accident. However, an ongoing investigation should confirm the primary cause of this crash.
