Catherine Kuo Hit, Killed by Car at School Event on Dublin Ranch Road near Tassajara Road

 
DUBLIN, CA (March 26, 2021) — Catherine Kuo died after being hit by a car at a school event on Dublin Ranch Road near Tassajara Road Wednesday.
 
According to Dublin Police, the incident happened at Fallon Middle School around 11:45 a.m. For unknown reasons, a driver in a car reversed into 48-year-old Kuo. Per police, the mother-of-two was standing behind the vehicle before the driver struck and pinned her against another car.
 
Soon after, paramedics responded and administered medical care before bringing her to Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley. Unfortunately, the Bay Area school district board trustee member died as a result of the accident.
 
At this time, the ultimate cause remains unclear. However, if witnesses have additional information on this accident, please contact the Dublin Police.
