Two-Vehicle Accident on East Stockwell Street in Willowbrook Leaves Woman with Fatal Injuries

 
WILLOWBROOK, CA (September 20, 2021) – Carllene Hampton was killed in a two-vehicle accident in Willowbrook Friday morning.
 
The accident happened around 11:45 a.m. on September 17, in the 2300 block of East Stockwell Street. According to the California Highway Patrol, Hampton was an occupant in one of the involved vehicles.
 
While details of how the crash occurred were not immediately available, Hampton suffered fatal injuries as a result of the accident. She died at the scene.
 
Hampton was a 32-year-old Compton resident, according to the coroner’s office.
 
The circumstances of this fatal crash were under investigation.
