Fire Truck Rollover Crash Occurs on Mount Vernon Road in Placer County
PLACER COUNTY, CA (June 22, 2021) – Police confirmed that a Cal Fire truck got involved in a rollover crash on Mount Vernon Road on June 17.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the truck was responding to a fire in Auburn when the collision happened. No other vehicle was part of the incident.
Based on a report, responders found the truck upside down in the road. However, the details that led to the rollover were not immediately available.
As a result, emergency crews transported all personnel in the truck to a nearby hospital. Officials with Cal Fire’s Nevada-Yuba-Placer unit did not specify the number of the victims.
At this point, this rollover crash on Mount Vernon Road is under investigation.
