Bryan Alba Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Community Road [Poway, CA]

35-Year-Old Man Dies after Hit by Pickup Truck on Community Road in Poway

 
POWAY, CA (January 25, 2022) – Bryan Alba was killed in a pedestrian accident in Poway on Friday evening.
 
The accident happened around 7:15 p.m. on January 21, in the 13000 block of Community Road. According to the San Diego Sheriff’s Department, Alba was walking across the street when a pickup truck struck him.
 
The driver of the pickup immediately stopped and called 911.
 
Paramedics arrived soon after and rushed Alba to Palomar Medical Center in Escondido, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
 
Alba was a 35-year-old Poway resident.
 
It is unknown at this time if drugs or alcohol was a factor. This fatality is still under investigation.
