Motorcyclist Dies after Struck by Vehicle on Oro Dam Boulevard near Lincoln Boulevard

 
OROVILLE, CA (September 8, 2021)Bradley Bell was killed in a motorcycle accident in Oroville Sunday evening.
 
The accident happened around 8:40 p.m. on Oro Dam Boulevard near Lincoln Boulevard. According to the California Highway Patrol, Bell was riding his motorcycle eastbound on Oro Dam Boulevard when a vehicle pulled out in front of his bike.
 
The motorcycle and the vehicle collided, causing Bell fatal injuries. He died at the scene.
 
Bell was a 41-year-old Concow resident, according to the Butte County Sheriff’s Office.
 
Meanwhile, paramedics transported the passenger on the motorcycle to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
 
It is unknown if the parties in the vehicle were hurt in the crash. An investigation is ongoing to determine the factors involved and liability.
