Boy Struck and Injured by Vehicle in Pedestrian Accident on Pioneer Avenue in Turlock

 
TURLOCK, CA (December 6, 2021) – A boy is now in critical condition following a pedestrian accident in the 900 block of Pioneer Avenue on December 1.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened around 6:00 PM.
 
Based on a report, the child was running into the roadway prior to the time of the crash. Subsequently, a vehicle came and struck him.
 
As a result, the boy suffered significant injuries in the incident. Paramedics transported him to the hospital, where he was listed in critical but stable condition.
 
Officers said the driver involved stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
