Fatal Hit-and-Run Crash on Myron Street near Mead Street
MEAD VALLEY, CA (April 6, 2021) – An ATV rider was killed Thursday evening in a hit-and-run accident on Myron Street near Mead Street in the unincorporated Mead Valley area.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the accident happened around 8:00 p.m. The department said the ATV rider died at the scene before the arrival of paramedics.
The victim, who was not yet identified, was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
The suspect vehicle was last seen heading eastbound on Myron Street toward Brown Street. Its description was not immediately available.
At this time, authorities are still investigating and on the lookout for the suspect.
