Fatal Crash on Highway 101 near Alum Rock Avenue [San Jose, CA]

At Least One Person Dead in San Jose Accident on Highway 101

 
SAN JOSE, CA (August 12, 2021) — A crash on Highway 101 near Alum Rock Avenue left at least one person dead Wednesday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash occurred around 4:16 a.m. Under unknown circumstances, an accident occurred on the highway, and it might have been involved a vehicle and a pedestrian.
 
In the wake of the crash, authorities closed the three right lanes of the highway for the investigation.
 
As of now, officers have not confirmed the details of this accident on Highway 101. Although, if anyone has more to add to this case, please contact the CHP.
