Fatal Car Collision on Highway 101 near Tully Road

 
SAN JOSE, CA (October 18, 2021) — At least one person died in a car crash on Highway 101 near Tully Road Saturday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal incident happened at the Tully Road on-ramp around 2:48 am. Under unclear circumstances, the crash occurred on the northbound side of the highway.
 
Soon after, CHP officers issued a SigAlert and closed several of the northbound lanes as investigators canvassed the scene.
