BURBANK, CA (May 11, 2022) — At least one person was injured in a car accident at Hollywood Way and Winona Avenue on Tuesday night.
 
According to reports, the 2-car crash happened near the Burbank Airport. Under unclear circumstances, a white SUV and a blue pickup truck crashed at the intersection near the Burbank Airport.
 
As a result, authorities and firefighter paramedics responded soon after.
 
One person inside the white SUV required extrication by firefighters. However, it’s not clear the type of injuries sustained at this point.
