Asia Guercy, Charles Dark Die, Isaac Perez Detained in 2-Car Crash on Perris Hill Park Road and Pacific Street

SAN BERNARDINO, CA (February 14, 2025)Asia Guercy and Charles Dark died in a two-car accident on Perris Hill Park Road near Pacific Street on January 26th.

According to the San Bernardino County Superior Court, Asia Guercy filed a restraining order against 31-year-old Isaac Albert Perez, her husband in 2021. The restraining order dealt with a domestic violence incident. However, a judge denied her request.

Just after midnight on January 26, Perez confronted Guercy and a man, whom she was having an extramarital affair with, at Perris Hill Park. From there, Guercy and Dark drove off in one car and Perez followed. About half a mile later, Perez rear-ended their vehicle, which crashed into a chain-link fence and a narrow channel.

Tragically, 25-year-old Guercy and Dark passed away. Following the crash, Perez stopped and waited for the authorities to arrive.

Around 12:15 a.m., officers booked Perez into West Valley Detention Center where he is held without bail.

At this time, Guercy’s family has created a GoFundMe page to raise support. She was married to Perez for 11 years and had three children together.
