Coroner Identifies Armen Benglyan in Fatal Woodland Hills Car Crash

 
WOODLAND HILLS, CA (August 31, 2022) – Armen Benglyan was among two people who died in a head-on accident in Woodland Hills late Monday evening, August 29.
 
The accident happened around 11:30 p.m. on Victory Boulevard near Mason Avenue. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, one vehicle was traveling eastbound on Victory Boulevard when it crossed into the westbound lanes and collided head-on with another vehicle.
 
As a result, both drivers suffered fatal injuries.
 
Benglyan, a 24-year-old Northridge resident, died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.
 
The other driver, a man in his 30s, died at a hospital. His name was withheld pending notification of his next of kin.
 
The circumstances of the crash remain under investigation. Anyone with information on the case was urged to call 877-LAPD-247.
