Speeding Car Crashes into Building in Ventura County Killing Two and Injuring One

 
VENTURA COUNTY, CA (January 9, 2023) – Antony Moctezuma and Agustin De Paz died in a car accident in Ventura County on Sunday evening.
 
The fatal crash happened on January 8, in the 4200 block of Market Street. According to a preliminary investigation, a vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed when it collided into a building.
 
When officers arrived, they located the two victims dead inside the vehicle. Moctezuma was 21 years old while De Paz was 19. A third passenger suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital.
 
The California Highway Patrol is still investigating the crash. They urged anyone with further information to call Chris Wilson, a traffic collision investigator, at 805-339-4366.
