Anthony Warren, Kristy Arroyo Hurt, David Romaine Involved in 3-Car Crash on Highway 49 at Pool Station Road

 
SAN ANDREAS, CA (April 4, 2022) — Anthony Warren and Kristy Arroyo suffered injuries in a three-car accident on Highway 49 at Pool Station Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the three-vehicle crash happened around 2:30 p.m. Thursday. After 58-year-old David Romaine slowed down to make a left turn onto Pool Station Road, a crash occurred.
 
For unknown reasons, 31-year-old Arroyo failed to acknowledge a 2006 Subaru SUV in front of her. As a result, her 2006 Mercedes sedan collided with the Subaru, driven by Warren, of Altaville. As a result of the impact, the Subaru smashed into the back of Romaine’s 2005 Dodge Ram.
 
Soon after, paramedics responded to the scene and airlifted Warren to a hospital with moderate injuries while paramedics treated Arroyo at the scene for minor wounds.
 
At this time, CHP officers have ruled out DUI as a possible explanation for the accident. However, an ongoing investigation into the details should confirm what led to the accident.
