Head-On Crash near Hansen Dam Recreation Area in Lake View Terrace Kills Andy Hernandez-Iraheta

 
LAKE VIEW TERRACE, CA (May 28, 2022) – Andy Hernandez-Iraheta died in a head-on accident in Lake View Terrace on Friday evening, May 27.
 
The accident happened around 7:07 p.m. in the area of 10805 Wentworth Street, just near the Hansen Dam Golf Course. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, two vehicles collided head-on for unknown reasons.
 
As a result, 24-year-old Hernandez-Iraheta suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. His city of residence was not immediately available.
 
Two others had to be freed from the other vehicle and were taken to a hospital in critical condition.
 
At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
