Pilot Dies after Small Plane Crashes on Judy Lane near Hemet Area

 
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA (January 31, 2023) – Andrew Houser was killed in a plane crash in an unincorporated Hemet area of Riverside County on Sunday morning.
 
The fatal crash happened around 10:51 a.m. on January 29, in the 36600 block of Judy Lane. According to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department, a small ultralight aircraft had crashed in unclear circumstances.
 
Houser, a 44-year-old San Jacinto resident, was the pilot and lone occupant of the aircraft. He was found dead in the wreckage.
 
No further information was immediately available. An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
