19-Year-Old Anahi Ramirez Dies after Pickup Truck Crashes into Ditch in San Jacinto

 
SAN JACINTO, CA (November 8, 2021) – Anahi Ramirez died in a traffic accident north of San Jacinto early Saturday morning.
 
The fatal accident happened around 12:16 a.m. on November 6 in the area of Lambs Canyon Road and Gilman Springs Road. The Riverside County Fire Department crews responded to crash site and found a pickup truck that had crashed into a ditch.
 
Firefighters also found Ramirez inside the vehicle with fatal injuries and pronounced her dead at the scene.
 
Ramirez was a 19-year-old Hemet resident, according to the Riverside County Coroner’s Office. A GoFundMe account has been set up to cover funeral costs.
 
At this time, it was unknown whether there were other injuries sustained in the crash. It was also unclear if Ramirez was the driver or a passenger.
 
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
