23-Year-Old Rider Dies after Crashing into Car on Whitewood Road in Murrieta

 
MURRIETA, CA (May 17, 2021) – Amarpaul Gill was killed in a motorcycle accident in Murrieta Friday evening, May 14.
 
The accident happened around 8:10 p.m. on Whitewood Road near Meadowlark Lane. According to the Murrieta Police Department, the 23-year-old Murrieta resident was riding a Ducati motorcycle north on Whitewood when he hit a Toyota Corolla making a left turn on southbound Meadowlark.
 
As a result, Gill was ejected from the Ducati and suffered traumatic injuries. Paramedics rushed him to a hospital, where he later died.
 
Meanwhile, the driver and passengers in the Toyota suffered minor injuries.
 
Officers shut down Whitewood Road in both directions for hours, Murrieta police said. The crash is still under investigation.
