Albino Lopez Detained in DUI Motorcycle Crash at Main Street and G Street

 
NAPA, CA (November 4, 2022)Albino Alberto Lopez was arrested in a DUI motorcycle accident at Main Street and G Street on Wednesday night.
 
According to Napa Police, the motorcycle crash happened around 11:38 p.m. For DUI-related reasons, a 27-year-old motorcyclist crashed into a Chevrolet Cruz, driven by 35-year-old Lopez.
 
As a result of the accident, the 27-year-old motorcycle rider suffered significant injuries and was brought to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center and a trauma center for treatment.
 
During the investigation, authorities learned that Lopez and the motorcyclist had a blood alcohol percentage of over California’s legal limit. Soon after, police arrested Lopez and booked him into the Napa County Jail where he was released Thursday morning.
