Alan Lottinville Arrested after DUI Crash on Palm Avenue near Dakota Avenue

 
FRESNO, CA (April 27, 2021) – Authorities arrested 35-year-old Alan Lottinville of Fresno following a suspected DUI crash on Palm Avenue, early Thursday morning.
 
According to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened at about 2:00 a.m. Deputies attempted to stop an erratic driver near Shaw Avenue and Maroa Avenue. However, the vehicle did not pull over and sped away, failing to stop at multiple stop signs.
 
As soon as the vehicle crossed the tracks at Dakota Avenue and Palm Avenue, the fleeing vehicle went airborne. Then, the vehicle slammed into the laundry room of a house.
 
Emergency crews transported the driver, identified as Lottinville, and his passenger to a hospital with minor injuries.
 
As per reports, no one in the house sustained injuries.
 
Deputies later arrested Lottinville on several charges including evading law enforcement, felony DUI, and outstanding warrants for 2017 DUI charges.
 
The sheriff’s office continues to investigate the accident.
