Adreanna Watters Detained in Fatal Visalia Pedestrian Crash

 
VISALIA, CA (October 21, 2022) — Adreanna Watters was arrested in a fatal hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Mooney Boulevard at Tulare Avenue.
 
According to Visalia police officers, the fatal hit-and-run pedestrian accident happened around 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Under unclear circumstances, as Watters was heading southbound on Mooney Boulevard, her vehicle struck a woman crossing the street.
 
Rather than staying at the scene, Watters left but turned herself in to the police soon after.
 
As for the victim, she died a brief time later. Authorities have withheld her name pending notification of family members.
 
At this time, officers have the 22-year-old booked for felony hit-and-run. Although, following the ongoing investigation, charges might change.
