Adelina Flores and Felipe Reyes Killed in Traffic Accident on Avenue 95 [Tulare County, CA]

Collision with Sedan and Big Rig in Tulare County Kills Lindsay Couple

 
TULARE COUNTY, CA (January 13, 2025) – Adelina Flores and Felipe Reyes were killed in a traffic accident in Tulare County Friday morning on January 10.
 
The fatal accident happened just after 8:30 a.m. at Avenue 95 and Road 256 near Terra Bella. According to the Tulare County Fire Department, Flores was driving a dark-colored Honda sedan with her husband Reyes as her passenger. They stopped at a stop sign before pulling into the path of an approaching green big rig.
 
The big rig hit the side of the Honda, pinning the couple in their car.
 
Flores, 54, died at the scene. Reyes, 55, later died at the hospital. Both were Lindsay residents.
 
Meanwhile, the driver of the big rig only sustained minor injuries.
 
Loved ones set up a GoFundMe page for their funeral expenses and to help their three children.
 
An investigation into this crash is ongoing.
