Aaron Rivera Dies in Bicycle Crash at Cedar Avenue and Kenmore Drive

 
FRESNO, CA (February 12, 2021) — Aaron Rivera died Monday in a bicycle accident at Cedar Avenue and Kenmore Drive, the Fresno County Coroner’s office confirmed.
 
According to investigators, 55-year-old Rivera was riding eastbound before the accident. For unknown reasons, he veered into the path of a southbound sedan. From there, the bicycle struck the front of the car with an impact that ejected Rivera onto the hood of the vehicle.
 
Soon after, paramedics responded to the scene and transported him to a nearby hospital. However, Rivera died shortly afterward.
 
At this time, news reports stressed no information on the driver involved or where the fault lies. However, if anyone has more information on this accident, please contact the California Highway Patrol.
