9-Year-Old Casey Ray Jr. Hurt in Hit-and-Run Motorcycle Crash on 91 Freeway near Spruce Street

 
RIVERSIDE, CA (April 14, 2022) Casey Ray Jr. suffered minor injuries in a hit-and-run motorcycle accident on the 91 Freeway near Spruce Street.
 
According to California Highway Patrol officers, the hit-and-run motorcycle accident happened around 8:45 p.m. on Friday. For unknown reasons, a driver in a white vehicle collided with a motorcycle carrying 9-year-old Ray Jr. and his father. Per reports, the pair had just finished a football game and were on their way home.
 
However, this was no ordinary ride for the father and son. After the car struck the motorcycle, Ray Jr. was ejected from the bike and tumbled onto the freeway before being hit by the car that drove away soon after.
 
Following the accident, paramedics brought the child to Loma Linda University Hospital, where he received treatment for his concussion and road rash.
