PHILO, CA (June 3, 2021) – Officers confirmed that one person died in an ATV accident on Clow Ridge Road on May 28.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at approximately 1:30 PM.
 
Based on a report, the victim was driving the all-terrain vehicle at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, it crashed and flipped over on a property in the area.
 
As a result, the victim died in the incident. Officials only identified him as a 79-year-old Philo man.
