78-Year-Old Man Killed in Pedestrian Crash on Jefferson Street in Napa
NAPA, CA (May 24, 2022) — A 78-year-old man died in a pedestrian accident on Jefferson Street at Oak Street on Thursday.
According to the Napa Police Department, the fatal pedestrian crash happened around 6:40 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver in a silver Toyota Tacoma struck a 78-year-old man at the intersection.
As a result, the victim suffered critical injuries in the crash.
Shortly after, paramedics arrived and took the gravely injured victim to a local hospital. However, efforts to save him fell short as the man died early Friday.
