74-Year-Old John Draper Dies in Hit-and-Run Accident on Crenshaw Boulevard at Hyde Park Boulevard [Los Angeles, CA]

John Draper Struck and Killed by Hit-and-Run Driver on Crenshaw Boulevard in Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (March 26, 2021) – Police identified John Draper as the victim who died in a hit-and-run accident on Crenshaw Boulevard on March 25.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Hyde Park Boulevard at approximately 9:39 PM.
 
Based on a report, the victim was crossing Crenshaw at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, he was struck by a gray Ford F-150 pickup truck traveling at a high rate of speed. Subsequently, the Los Angeles Police Department said the driver fled the scene.
 
As a result, 74-year-old John Draper died at the scene.
 
As of now, the authorities are still working to identify and locate the suspect vehicle. They are offering a $50,000 standing reward for information that will help in the identification, arrest and conviction of the suspect.
