71-Year-Old Timothy Duba Detained in DUI Crash on Highway 12 near Farmers Lane

 
SANTA ROSA, CA (December 13, 2021) — Timothy Duba faces charges in a DUI accident on Highway 12 near Farmers Lane on Tuesday, December 7.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened around 6:30 p.m. on the westbound side of Highway 12. As officers tried clearing the scene of a previous crash, 71-year-old Duba entered the scene with his white Subaru and struck a tow truck and CHP vehicle.
 
Due to the impact, the Subaru overturned in the westbound lanes. However, with the help of an officer, the Santa Rosa man was able to climb out of the car.
 
Soon after, paramedics arrived and brought Duba to Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. He also faces DUI charges.
