LA JOLLA, CA (February 16, 2022) — A 70-year-old man died in a pedestrian accident on Torrey Pines Road near La Jolla Parkway on Monday evening.
 
According to San Diego Police, the fatal pedestrian crash occurred around 6:00 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a 40-year-old woman in a 2012 Toyota Camry struck a 70-year-old man while heading eastbound.
