Multi-Vehicle Accident on West Roscoe Boulevard in Lake Balboa Leaves 7 People Injured

 
LAKE BALBOA, CA (August 17, 2021) – Seven people sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle accident on West Roscoe Boulevard in Lake Balboa Saturday morning.
 
Around 9:48 a.m. on August 14, firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to the 17400 block of West Roscoe Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. When they arrived, they found several vehicles involved.
 
Paramedics rushed two people to a hospital with critical injuries.
 
Five other people sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
 
After the crash, officers shut down a stretch of Roscoe Boulevard while they worked on the scene.
 
At this time, it is unclear if speed, drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
