7 Hurt in Jurupa Valley Multi-Car Crash on 60 Freeway

 
JURUPA VALLEY, CA (April 20, 2021) — Seven people suffered a range of injuries in a multi-car accident on the 60 Freeway near Valley Way Friday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 9:25 p.m. east of Valley Way. Under unknown circumstances, a big rig jackknifed, causing an accident that involved seven other vehicles.
 
As a result, multiple people, including five patients, sustained minor to major injuries.
 
At this point, authorities have not confirmed the ultimate cause and liabilities. Although, if any witnesses would like to help the CHP, please call the department.
