Car Accident on Parlier Avenue in Reedley Leaves Five People Injured

 
REEDLEY, CA (April 26, 2022) – Five people were injured in an accident on Parlier Avenue northeast of Reedley on Saturday afternoon.
 
The accident happened around on April 23 at the intersection with Englehart Avenue. Cal Fire said a sedan and an SUV collided for unknown reasons. When officers arrived, they found one person suffering from major injuries.
 
An air ambulance took the seriously injured patient to Community Regional Medical Center in critical condition.
 
A second person in the sedan and three occupants of the SUV also sustained injuries from the crash.
 
Witnesses told officers that the sedsan had run a stop sign at the intersection, crashing into the SUV.
 
No other details available at this time. An investigation is ongoing.
