4 People Hurt in Galt Multi-Car Collision on Highway 99

 
GALT, CA (September 29, 2021) — Four people suffered serious injuries in a multi-car accident on Highway 99 near Twin Cities Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the 5-car crash happened around 9:00 a.m. Under unclear circumstances, roughly five cars collided near the Twin Cities Road exit. Soon after, paramedics responded to the scene and tended to four patients who were brought to area hospitals shortly after.
