Car and Patrol Vehicle Collide near La Habra Boulevard Injuring Four People

 
LA HABRA, CA (December 5, 2022) – Four people were injured in a traffic accident near La Habra Boulevard and Idaho Street on Thursday afternoon.
 
The accident happened around 3:00 p.m. on December 1. According to the La Habra Police Department, officers were heading to a call when a Toyota Camry collided with one of the police cars.
 
Police gave first aid to the occupants of the car and the officer. Arriving paramedics took over the medical aid.
 
The driver and two passengers in the Camry were taken to St. Jude Medical Center with minor injuries. The officer also had minor injuries but was not hospitalized.
 
Alcohol and drugs were not suspected factors in the crash, which remains under investigation.
 
Authorities asked anyone with further information about the crash to call Officer M. Chitjian at the CHP’s Westminster area office at 714-892-4426.
