Investigators Suspect Possible DUI after Multi-Vehicle Accident in Fresno

 
FRESNO, CA (June 6, 2022) – Four people sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle accident at North Brawley Avenue and West San Jose Avenue in Fresno on Wednesday evening.
 
The accident happened around 8:45 p.m. on June 1, according to the Fresno Police Department. Officers said the crash involved four vehicles, including one car which had rolled over.
 
They added that one of the vehicles was traveling at a high rate of speed and collided with the others.
 
First responders found a total of four patients, three adults and one child. Paramedics took them to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
 
Police said one of the drivers may have been driving under the influence, but are unable to confirm that at this time.
 
Further investigation is underway.
