4 Hurt in Big Rig Crash on Highway 25 in Hollister

 
HOLLISTER, CA (August 29, 2022) — Four people were injured in a big rig accident on Highway 25 near Shore Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the big rig accident involved several vehicles. Around 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, a big rig driver failed to brake in time and crashed into six other vehicles.
 
The seven-car crash left four people with injuries, ranging from moderate to major. Soon after, authorities requested a helicopter to airlift three of the four patients to a hospital.
 
Following the crash, authorities investigated the big rig driver and ruled out DUI as a possible factor. However, it’s unclear what led to the accident. If anyone has more information, please contact the authorities.
