Driver Runs Red Light and Causes Car Accident on Vanowen Street in Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (September 27, 2021) – Four people sustained injuries in a T-bone car accident on Vanowen Street, Thursday afternoon.
 
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the incident happened on September 23, at about 12:30 p.m. A vehicle reportedly ran a red light and was T-boned at the intersection.
 
The impact of the crash caused one of the vehicles to overturn in the area of 11400 West Vanowen Street.
 
Emergency responders transported two critically injured victims to a hospital. Meanwhile, two other victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
 
The Los Angeles Police Department continues to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
