4 Homeless Men Die in Marina Truck Crash on Blanco Road

 
MARINA, CA (September 1, 2022) — Four homeless men died in a truck accident on Blanco Road near Reservation Road on Friday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the truck accident that claimed the life of four homeless men happened around 2:56 p.m. For unknown reasons, the Home Depot truck, occupied by the four victims, veered off the road and crashed into a traffic light pole.
 
Subsequently, the truck ruptured into flames, later drawing First Responders to the scene.
 
However, CHP and emergency personnel found the four victims with fatal injuries.
 
Close friends of the victims have identified the men as Ron, Art, Mike and Tom. All four were beloved members of the Chinatown community.
 
At this time, CHP officers have not indicated the leading cause of the accident. However, an investigation into the details should confirm what happened. If anyone has news to share on this crash, please call the CHP officers.
