Toddler Dies after Falling at Urbana Aprtment Complex on H Street in Chula Vista

 
CHULA VISTA, CA (November 29, 2021) – A 3-year-old boy died in a fatal fall at Urbana Apartments on H Street in Chula Vista on Monday, November 22.
 
The accident happened around 10:20 a.m. between 4th Avenue and Third Avenue. According to the Chula Vista Police Department, the boy fell from the fourth floor window of the apartment where he lived.
 
Paramedics rushed the toddler to Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, where he succumbed to his injuries. His name has not yet been released.
 
Investigators are still trying to determine what led to the fatal fall. They said there were no indications of suspicious circumstances related to the accident.
