JURUPA VALLEY, CA (August 3, 2021) — Three people were injured in an off-road accident in the Santa Ana River near Mission Inn Avenue Sunday evening.
 
According to the Riverside Police, the off-road vehicle crash happened around 7:35 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, the off-road vehicle crashed and rolled over into the Santa Ana River bottom. As a result, one person sustained critical injuries and two others suffered moderate injuries.
 
Shortly after, paramedics responded to the scene and transported all three patients to a hospital for immediate care.
