NORTH SACRAMENTO, CA (January 31, 2022) – Three people sustained injuries in a two-vehicle accident on Lexington Street on Saturday evening.
 
According to the Sacramento Police Department, the incident happened on January 29 at about 6:00 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, two vehicles, including a Sacramento animal control vehicle, collided near El Camino Avenue.
 
Emergency crews later transported three people to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. As per reports, all injured parties are now in stable condition.
 
Sacramento police continue to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
