2 Women Hospitalized in 2-Car Crash at Ashlan Avenue in Fresno

 
FRESNO, CA (April 24, 2023) — Two women suffered injuries in a 2-car accident at Ashlan Avenue and Angus Street.
 
According to Fresno Police, the two-car crash happened around 3:00 p.m. Friday. For reasons that require further investigation, a red and white vehicle crashed, sending the white car onto a lawn at the corner of the intersection.
 
Authorities still do not know what caused the crash, but it appears the 72-year-old woman in the white sedan turned in front of the other vehicle, leading to the accident. The older woman suffered critical injuries and the 22-year-old woman appeared to be in stable condition.
