2 Men Dead, Car Accident With Pole on McWane Boulevard in Oxnard

 
OXNARD, CA (May 2, 2023) — Two men died after a car crashed into a pole on McWane Boulevard near Arcturus Avenue.
 
According to the Oxnard Police Department, the single-vehicle accident happened around 7:00 p.m. Sunday. For an unknown reason, a driver of a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt lost control and crashed into a pole.
 
As a result of the impact, four men were trapped inside the wreckage, including the two who died at the scene. Arriving paramedics transported two other men to Ventura County Medical Center, reportingly in stable condition.
