Car Accident on Magnolia Avenue in Wasco Kills 2 and Sends 1 to Hospital

 
WASCO, CA (July 28, 2022) – Two people were killed in a two-car accident on Magnolia Avenue in the Wasco area on Tuesday, July 26.
 
The fatal accident happened just before 10:00 p.m. at Kimberlina Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a 28-year-old man was driving a white Honda Accord northbound on Magnolia. At the same time, the driver of a Toyota RAV4 was heading westbound on Kimberlina Road.
 
The Honda failed to stop at the stop sign on Magnolia Avenue, entered the intersection directly into the path of the RAV4 ending in a broadside crash.
 
As a result, the Honda’s front right passenger was ejected and died at the scene. The driver of the Honda was also killed in the crash.
 
Meanwhile, the driver of the Toyota was transported to Kern Medical in an unknown condition.
 
At this time, the crash is still under investigation.
