Pickup Truck and SUV Collide on 15 Freeway in Victorville Injuring Two People

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (June 20, 2023) – Two people were injured after a two-vehicle accident on the 15 Freeway in Victorville Friday morning on June 16.
 
The accident happened around 10:35 a.m. just north of Bear Valley Road near the Desert View Memorial Park on Amargosa Road. According to the Victorville Police Department, a gray Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck and an orange Ford SUV collided for unknown reasons.
 
When officers arrived, they located the Colorado with rear-end damage and the SUV with front-end damage.
 
The Ford ended up along the drainage ditch and firefighters assisted the occupants in getting out of the vehicle.
 
Paramedics transported two people to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
 
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Victorville Station.
