Lamborghini Involved in Motorcycle Accident on Highway 79 near Pinezanita RV Park and Campgrounds in Julian

 
JULIAN, CA (March 21, 2022) – Two people sustained injuries in a motorcycle accident on Highway 79 on Saturday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened on March 19 at about 11:42 a.m. A Lamborghini reportedly attempted to pass another vehicle. Then, the Lamborghini crashed into a group of motorcyclists near Pinezanita RV Park and Campgrounds.
 
Emergency crews rendered aid to two injured motorcyclists. However, the extent of their injuries remains undisclosed.
 
As per reports, the crash caused significant traffic for at least two hours on Highway 79.
 
CHP continues to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
