BEAUMONT, CA (September 16, 2022) — Two people were injured after a medical transport helicopter made an emergency landing near Highland Springs Avenue and Brookside Avenue.
 
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the incident happened around 12:25 a.m. on Thursday when firefighters responded to the scene. Upon arriving, firefighters found crew members, including two who required medical transport after the pilot needed to make an emergency landing in Beaumont.
 
According to reports, the pilot did not report any injuries during the emergency landing. However, details remain unclear.
 
The National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating this incident further to identify the circumstances.
