Two Passengers Hospitalized after Car Accident on South Airport Way near Stockton Metropolitan Airport

 
STOCKTON, CA (November 29, 2021) – Two people sustained injuries in a car accident on South Airport Way near East 12th Street, late Saturday morning on November 20.
 
According to the Stockton Police Department, the incident happened at about 11:50 a.m. For reasons still under investigation, a vehicle became involved in a collision at Stockton Metropolitan Airport.
 
Emergency crews rendered aid to two injured passengers. Then, an ambulance transported the victims to a hospital for further medical care.
 
As per reports, the accident caused road closures until Saturday afternoon to make way for clearing and rescue operations.
 
Stockton police continue to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
