Two Hurt in Car Crash on Wiley Canyon Road in Santa Clarita

 
SANTA CLARITA, CA (August 2, 2022) — Two people were injured in a 5-car accident on Wiley Canyon Road at Lyons Avenue.
 
According to reports, the multi-vehicle crash happened around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Under unclear circumstances, five cars crashed, leaving one woman temporarily trapped in her silver four-door car and another woman with unknown injuries whom firefighters pulled from a red Hyundai SUV.
 
Arriving paramedics found both women conscious at the scene. Three cars, including a blue four-door sedan, a gold Toyota pickup and a silver 2-door Mitsubishi, sustained minimal damage in the accident.
 
At this time, the Santa Clarita Valley Sherriff’s Station has not released the patients’ conditions and the ultimate cause of the crash. However, we will update this report once we receive more information.
